Have to admit, it sucks! But I know I did what I was supposed to do this week. Plus I had a large loss last week. So I had a tiny moment of being upset but that ended very quickly!
I left my meeting and went straight to the gym… I swam for 60 minutes (using a kick board). I felt GREAT!
After that, I left the pool and went straight to the grocery store. Got tons of great and yummy food! And the best part? As I was checking out, the young cashier commented “Wow, you eat really healthy!!” It totally made my day 🙂
