So I had a great NSV (non scale victory) last night! Friday night is always pizza and movie night with my kiddos. Well after dinner (which I tracked my pizza and had a big salad also) I really wanted a Reeses Peanut Butter cup (had them in the house leftover from Christmas). It was a king size pack. So I shared it with the kiddos. They each had one and I had two (6 points+) … I tracked it and was happy! I felt so IN CONTROL! I truly wanted the treat, I had it, tracked it and felt good about my decision! No guilt, no stress …. first time in a long time I ate ‘junk’ in a controlled way! GO ME!
