I am definitely a foodie! I looooove food…. which is obviously my problem 🙂 But food can be awesome even especially when eating healthy!!!

This was dinner tonight … homemade chicken cordon bleu, homemade sweet potato fries and steamed asparagus! 16 points+ and oh so worth it!


This was breakfast one morning… a mexican style omelet! 12 points+



And this was DROOL worthy! Frozen peaches warmed up in the microwave with a container of fat free vanilla greek yogurt and lowfat granola. SO YUMMY! 6 points+IMG_7246
