Make things HAPPEN!

I am on day three of week two back following Weight Watchers. And boy am I loving it! I have been eating some really wonderful foods! Really trying hard to focus on slowing down, thinking about what I am eating… making good choices each and every meal! I am in it for the long haul and ready to tackle my health once and for all! I know that *I* am responsible for taking care of me! I have all the tools, all the support and all the help in the world, but unless I choose to make things happen, I will never succeed!
