Weigh in day!

Well I was happily surprised with the scale this morning! I really don’t deserve a loss of 1.7 pounds, but since I have had a couple weeks that I worked my butt off and had a little loss or a gain, then I will take this 🙂 Back on track today though! Tracking my points, planned my workout (treadmill at home and Level 1 of 30 Day Shred).

Total loss is 13.2 pounds in 9 weeks.

Average weekly loss of 1.5 pounds.

And here I am today, all ready to get my day going!
